It includes; taking the formal application, evaluating credit, pre-qualify clients accurately and efficiently not just by determining value of property, calculating income versus debts, receiving and reviewing the necessary documents, running the specific automatic underwriting system ordering appraisal, file submission to underwriting, rate locking, and of course honestly caring enough to ask the borrower what’s pertinent to them, and providing the best options for that goal.
Along with the best rates I work diligently to provide my clients with the best line of products and niches that are in the market. I am fortunate to be in a position where I am able to devote adequate attention to my client’s files and my clients. I try to only process an average of 15 loans at a time (amounts range anywhere from 90K to 1.3M on new purchases and refinances.)
