Growing up- I was born in the upper west side of New York City and spent my teen years in New Jersey (Bergen County). In order to be closer to my parent immediately after serving in the United States Marine Corp I followed my parents when they moved to sunny South Florida.

 

My Attitude- People say that I have a sense of humor, but the truth is that by making someone’s day a little bit better I in turn feel a sense of joy as well. There are already enough people walking around stressed out. I was once told ‘Attitudes are contagious, is yours worth catching?’ So I do my best to always stay positive and lead by example. I know that by doing so it can change the attitude of others, and make us all better off.

        

My Interest- Even though I have several books concerning history, culture, the humanities, and science, most of my usual daily readings consist of online news, political events and the market. 

Since both my sisters recent and continuous bout with breast cancer, (one which past away) I have become a big advocate for finding the cure.

         

 

 

 

My Work Ethics- I market myself 24/7 even though I don't consider myself a work-a-holic (because I really like to work a lot less than I do.) But, at least I love working with people, and the only thing I love more than that is to meet new people! It’s really wonderful that I have been so lucky to call most of them friends. As a result, I have many referrals from my social groups. They trust me to do what is in the best interest for my client; doing what is morally and ethically right and continuing to ensure my clients are never at risk and will always retain benefits from loans.  

       

My Future- It’s natural to feel unsettled by today’s market turbulence but I continue to make an effort to stay positive in order to continue in banking, to remain committed to the industry, and be in the position to take advantage of tomorrows new mortgage market.

It includes; taking the formal application, evaluating credit, pre-qualify clients accurately and efficiently not just by determining value of property, calculating income versus debts, receiving and reviewing the necessary documents, running the specific automatic underwriting system ordering appraisal, file submission to underwriting, rate locking, and of course honestly caring enough to ask the borrower what’s pertinent to them, and providing the best options for that goal.

      Along with the best rates I work diligently to provide my clients with the best line of products and niches that are in the market. I am fortunate to be in a position where I am able to devote adequate attention to my client’s files and my clients. I try to only process an average of 15 loans at a time (amounts range anywhere from 90K to 1.3M on new purchases and refinances.)

      I will give you the personal attention you deserve and treat you with the respect due a valued customer. I understand you're making a commitment in buying a new home, refinancing a mortgage, or cashing out your home equity. So I am making a commitment to you. I will explain to you the Pro's and Con's of all the several different types of programs, then get a rate lock with an approval, and I am promising you that you will have such an understanding of the process, that after we close you will be able to write a mortgage loan yourself!"
